ハードディスクの中を捜索していたら、過去に書いた文章がいろいろと出てきました。なにせかなり以前に書いた文章なので、ときどき時代と合わない表現など出てきますが、今読んでみるとなんとなく面白かったので、こちらで公開

（四）　不協和音について

不協和音はとても楽しい、と私は思います。

これを読んでいる人の一体何人が、このことに理解を示してくれるでしょう。不協和音は、文字通り協調していない和音のことですが、一般的にテレビやラジオなんかではあまり耳にすることはありません。”美しいコーラス”とか”素晴らしいハーモニー”の中には、まず不協和音はありません。

不協和音は、不協であるがゆえに”汚い和音”であるとか”みにくい音”である、という認識をもつ人がほとんどではないでしょうか？（えっそんなことはないって？それはすばらしい！）

もう一度言います。不協和音はとても楽しい！

私が不協和音が好きだ、と言うと大抵の人は”コイツ頭おかしいんと違うか？”と言う目で見ます。やはり不協和音にはどうしても難解なイメージがありますし、その刺激的なハーモニーには聴きなれた美しいハーモニーとは明らかに違う、強い、何と言うか”毒”とも呼べるものが、存在しています。そこら辺に嫌悪を抱く人も、少なくありません。

さて、ここで私が言いたいのは、不協和音こそ素晴らしい、音楽は不協和音だけでいいのだ、ということではありません。

不協和音の存在は、美しい”和音”との対比によって意味があるものになる、ということです。また美しいハーモニーは不協和音との対比によってより美しくなり得る、ということです。

通常、不協和音は音楽において、悪者です。悪役といったほうがいいかもしれません。

私は映画やドラマなんかを観ると、いわゆる正義の味方よりワルイやつのほうにシンパシーを感じる傾向がありますが、私にとって、ワルイやつの出てこない”お話”はとても退屈に感じられます。いい人しか出てこない”お話”はとてもウソくさく、わざとらしく感じられ、妙な違和感があるものです。

しかし、全ての人がワルイやつなら、そこにはもうワルイやつはいないともいえます。みんないい人になってしまうのです。こう考えると、「世の中に悪い人はいない」という考え方は正しいんだなあ、などとほとんど思いそうになってしまいます。

話がそれましたが、実はこれは音楽についても同じことがいえます（つまり私はそう信じているのですが・・）。

私の作る曲には不協和音やはずれた音がよく使われますが、これは美しいハーモニー（アンサンブル）との対比のおもしろさを提示しようとしたものです。

不協和音は、それだけでも非常に魅力的で面白いものですが、それはきれいなアンサンブルの中にあると、よりいっそう滑稽で刺激的なものになります。

私は楽器のアンサンブルを考えるときに、もちろんそのハーモニーのことを意識します。おかしな、はずれた音がないようにアレンジを考えていきます。しかし、その優等生的アレンジが続くと私の感性は刺激を求めはじめます。ここで伝家の宝刀のごとく不協和音を繰り出すのですが、このときの愉快さを果たして分かってもらえるでしょうか？

きれいなハーモニーの中でのはずれた音は、ある場合に、思わず吹き出してしまうほど面白い効果がありますが、大抵は「ヘタクソ」だとか「まずい音楽」、やりすぎれば「難解だ」などと実はそのオモシロさに理解を得るのは難しいようです。

確かに未熟な演奏の中には、時としてドッぱずれた音が存在しますが、いわゆる「オモシロさ」を生むかどうかは紙一重で、非常に微妙です。これはお笑いの”間”に似ているかもしれません。

”ボケ”となる不協和音（またははずれた音）と”ツッコミ”となるハーモニーの良く出来た掛け合いは、すばらしく魅力的です。

こう言ってしまえば、”天然ボケ”とでも言える未熟な演奏（簡単に言えばヘタクソ）や歌には、時にうまくツボにはまると、これ以上ない位おもしろい瞬間がありますが、これはちょっとしたタイミングのズレなどで、これまたこれ以上ない位つまらなくなってしまいます。

全ては偶然ですが、うまくツボにはまれば、これもまた捨てがたい魅力を持っています。

ところで、私の曲に「飛鳥山より愛をこめて」というのがありますが、この曲で私は、大好きな”はずれた音”を使いまくっていますが、アンサンブルの中でのスパイスとして、とてもおもしろい効果を上げています。

また、「飛鳥山の夜はふけて」という曲では、ところどころで不協和音が切れ込んでくるのが、楽曲に毒を添えています。

不協和音によって、音楽は広がりを見せます。しかし、不協和音は一歩間違うと曲を全てをぶち壊してしまうほどの危険なパワーを持っています。その緊張感は刺激的です。

(4) About dissonance

I think dissonance is a lot of fun. How many people reading this will understand this. Dissonances are literally uncoordinated chords, but they are not commonly heard on television or radio. There is no dissonance in "beautiful chorus" or "wonderful harmony". Most people recognize that dissonance is a "dirty chord" or a "hard-to-see sound" because it is dissonant. (Well, isn't that the case? That's great!) I will say it again. Dissonance is so much fun! When I say I like dissonance, most people look at it as "Is it different from this guy?" After all, the dissonance has an esoteric image, and the stimulating harmony has something that is clearly different from the beautiful harmony that you are familiar with, and that is strong and can be called "poison". There are many people who hate it all over the place. Now, what I mean here is not that dissonance is great, music is just dissonance. The existence of dissonance is meaningful in contrast to the beautiful "chords". Also, beautiful harmony can be made more beautiful by contrasting with dissonance. Dissonances are usually the bad guys in music. It might be better to call it a villain. When I watch movies and dramas, I tend to feel more sympathy for Warui than for the so-called ally of justice, but for me, the "story" that Warui doesn't come up with feels very boring. The "story" that only good people come up with is very liar, deliberate, and strangely uncomfortable. However, if everyone is a Warui, then there is no more Warui. Everyone will be a good person. When I think about it this way, I almost think that the idea that "there is no bad person in the world" is correct. The story goes awry, but the same is true for music (that is, I believe so ...). Dissonances and out-of-tunes are often used in my songs, but this is an attempt to show the fun of contrasting with beautiful harmonies (ensembles). Dissonance is very attractive and entertaining by itself, but it becomes even more humorous and exciting when it is in a clean ensemble. Of course, when I think of an ensemble of musical instruments, I am aware of that harmony. I will think about the arrangement so that there are no strange or distorted sounds. However, as the honor student arrangement continues, my sensibility begins to seek stimulation. Here, a dissonant sound is produced like the treasure sword of a legendary family, but can you really understand the fun at this time? The out-of-order sound in a beautiful harmony has an interesting effect that in some cases it blows out involuntarily, but in most cases it is "hetaxo" or "bad music", and if you overdo it, it is "esoteric". It seems difficult to get an understanding. It is true that some immature performances sometimes have a sloppy sound, but it is very delicate whether or not it produces so-called "funnyness". This may resemble a comedy "between". The well-made interaction between the dissonant (or out-of-focus) sound that becomes "blurred" and the harmony that becomes "tsukkomi" is wonderfully attractive. If you say this, immature performances (simply, hetaxo) and songs that can be called "natural'boke's" sometimes have more interesting moments when they get stuck in the pot, but this is a little timing. Due to misalignment, it will be boring as much as possible. Everything is a coincidence, but if you get it right, it also has an irresistible appeal. By the way, my song says "With love from Asukayama", and in this song I use my favorite "off sound" all the time, but as a spice in the ensemble, it's very It has an interesting effect. Also, in the song "Asukayama no Yoru dandruff", the dissonance is cut in some places, which adds poison to the song. The dissonance makes the music spread. However, the dissonance has such a dangerous power that if you make a mistake, it will destroy the whole song. The tension is exciting. Do you use dissonance? I use it. Finally ...
